A recent study into diets found that they worked for less than 10% of people that use them and most people end up putting twice as much back on as they lost in the first place! The problem is diets don’t fix the route of the problem. In fact I think they should be banned and treated like cigarettes when it comes to our nation.

However there is always an exception to the rule there are always people that can switch on and follow diet program religiously, they don’t care that the food is “boring” they don’t care about cravings, but only by incredible willpower do they fight through any urges the body throws at them for more food. But, they are as I said exceptions to the rule.

Yet before you beat yourself up about your own poor willpower when it comes to food just remember that all of your decisions about what you eat, how much and when are decided not only by your mind but also poor food education and bad habits, so using my product I am going to teach you a no-fail strategy that will work for the rest of your life and give you back 100% control over your body.

So if you are one of the thousands getting disheartened, angry, fed-up,feeling sad and ashamed, coupled with the feeling like you’re a failure because you haven’t “won” the diet battle, yet putting on even more weight a few months later …

If any of this sounds familiar, then you will also recognize the painful emotions that you experience when you are trying to change your eating habits and lose weight, and yet all to no avail, and it is because unknown to you, your subconscious mind is secretly keeping these addictive patterns and sabotaging your efforts each and every time!

It seems no matter what new diet you try, a few months on you are in the same place where you began, and you know you will be looking for another diet to lose the weight again, right?

The cycle goes around and around, and for many people it goes on and on for years and years without end. Constantly feeling these negative emotions, not only damages your progress but more importantly your health, and let’s face it in the long run being really unhappy whilst also trying restrictive hunger-pang induced diets (you know the ones the awful 400 calorie a day diets when you have constant daily hunger!), time upon time, is not a recipe for success.

In fact, their old patterns, unresolved emotional issues, addictive habits and limited self belief will, sooner or later, cause them to rebound and spiral out of control… over and over and over again.

So, if like most people, this hasn’t happened to you just once… it’s happened many times over the years. I am going to spell it out plain and simple…

Until you get to the bottom of what causes your weight problems, you’re going to repeat this cycle of self-sabotage, living the rest of your life with a feeling that you are spiraling out of control with a body you are not happy with, not to mention the health implications with being overweight, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, cardiac implications, loss of energy and movement, or shortened life span, also not forgetting your bad breath, poor skin, greasy hair, and the list goes on…

You don’t need me to tell you how agonising and emotionally painful it is to lose and gain weight over and over, like a roller coaster, or be like a non-stop record always telling your friends you are trying to lose weight and on a new diet (again) until it becomes too shameful to even mention it. This will be nothing new for many of you,

The answer is to change the way in which you think about food, i.e. behavior modification, and no I am not talking about major hypnosis sessions here, but rather an approach to controlling your response to hunger and why you have these thoughts and destructive habits, along with the tools to beat this cycle of yo-yo weight gain forever. There are no fad diets or gimmicks or magic pills in this book but a lifelong approach to healthy living, which in turn will give you the body of your dreams so lets get started
