Because it will solve the problems mentioned above PLUS! (and this is equally important) any valid weight loss programme, principles or diet you invest in will unfortunately be undermined until your mindset is in alignment (agreement) with the behaviour and daily choices you need to be making. You need another ebook or book about as much as you need another diet – what you need is a weekly "here’s what to do next" action step to complete. What you need is for someone to show you how to quickly get started and then keep coaching and supporting you week after week so you don’t get off track or get stalled along the way.
Each lesson is only 2-5 pages in length and contains nothing but the essential info. There is a real problem these days with infomation overload. This is where the reader simply has too much infomation to absorb, let alone apply. Each lesson is purposely brief (but thorough), so you can quickly read it and put it into action.
Every lesson builds on the previous one, as your knowledge and mindset develops. Early on, we’ll discuss the basic principals and core mindsets to get you started and set up some quick start rituals to get the ball rolling. We will also lay the necessary foundations you’ll need to go forward.
